All web sites submitted to GBGuide.com online
search engine and directory MUST meet the following minimum
criteria:
• Your site and company must be based in the UK (for UK pages);
• The site must be up and running 24/7;
• The site must not already appear in the GBGuide.com directory;
• The site must contain unique content, as determined by
a GBGuide.com editor;
• The site must not contain any parts under construction;
• The site must clearly define its purpose, products, and/or
services;
• All links on the site must work;
• The site must be in the English language (or have an English
version available);
• The site must support multiple browsers and capabilities;
• The site must not contain any content, products, services
or other information that may be illegal to sell under any applicable
law, that may infringe or violate anyone's rights, or that, GBGuide.com
believes, in its sole discretion, is offensive.
Please note that the above listed are the minimum site criteria
only, and GBGuide.com editors use additional factors in deciding
whether of not to accept your site for inclusion.
7.1 GBGuide.com Directory Inclusion and Costs:
7.1.1 SUBMISSIONS GENERAL
GBGuide.com reserves the right to decide whether, where, and how
a site is listed. If GBGuide.com accepts your site, GBGuide.com
reserves the right to list your site in any category or subcategory
as GBGuide.com deems appropriate, in its sole discretion. GBGuide.com
reserves the right not to include any <b>specific keywords
in the title or description of your site</b>. GBGuide.com
also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove your
site from the GBGuide.com directory, move the listing to a different
category or subcategory, and change or remove any keywords at
any time, for any reason. YOUR SITE INCLUSION IS NOT GAURENTEED!
7.1.2 EXPRESS SUBMISSIONS (PAID)
GBGuide.com Express Submission is a fee-based service provided
by GBGuide.com to consider your web site for inclusion in the
GBGuide.com directory (the "Directory") within a 36
Hour period excluding holiday periods observed by GBGuide.com
and any delays due to problems processing your request. The current
fee for GBGuide.com Express Submission for initial consideration
in the GBGuide.com directory is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of UK £15.00
applicable for each web site submitted. You acknowledge that the
payment of this fee is for consideration of your site
AND DOES NOT IN ANY WAY GUARANTEE THAT YOUR SITE WILL BE INCLUDED
IN THE DIRECTORY. Your payment only guarantees that a
GBGuide.com editor will consider and respond to your request within
three business days, by either accepting or not accepting your
site. You expressly agree to pay to GBGuide.com such fee whether
or not your site is accepted or denied inclusion.
7.2 Withdrawals & Notices
7.2.1 Site Withdrawal:
If you wish to discontinue participation in the GBGuide.com directory,
you must send an e-mail notice to GBGuide.com
Web Directory as set forth in the Section, "Notices,"
below:
7.2.2 Notices:
Any notices or communications under the Agreement shall be by
electronic mail and shall be deemed delivered upon receipt to
the party to whom such communication is directed, at the addresses
specified below. If to GBGuide.com, such notices shall be addressed
to senioreditor@GBGuide.com. If to the website owner, such notices
shall be addressed to the electronic or mailing address specified
in website owner's registration form.
7.3 Indemnity:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Force majeure
8.1 If we are unable to perform our obligations to you (or able to perform them only at unreasonable cost) because of circumstances beyond our control, we may then cancel or suspend any of our obligations to you, without liability.
8.2 Examples of those circumstances include act of God, accident, explosion, fire, transport delays, strikes and other industrial disputes.
General
9.1 No waiver by us of any breach of the Terms by you shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
9.2 English law is applicable to any contract made under the Terms. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
9.3 If you are more than one person, each of you has joint and several obligations under the Terms.
9.4 If any of the Terms are unenforceable as drafted:

9.5.2 if it would be enforceable if amended, it will be treated as so amended.
9.6 Any notice which is to be served under the Terms may be served:
9.7.1 by you by leaving it at or by delivering it (by first class post) to our registered office; and
9.7.2 by us by leaving it at or by delivering it (by first class post) to the last address you have given us.
All such notices must be signed.
9.8 No contract will create any right enforceable (by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999) by any person who is not as party to these Terms.
9.9 Nothing in these Terms shall create, or be deemed to create, a partnership, a joint venture, a relationship of principal and agent or a relationship of employer and employee between the parties.
